Insert a Table


  1. Open PPT3 from the last page
  2. Click the Slide 8 thumbnail and click the Insert Table icon as below.
  3. Set numbers of columns and rows as below.
  4. Add one more row as below.
  5. Click the top-left cell in the table to add one more column at left as below.
  6. Type the first row information as below.
  7. Enter the rest of table information as below.
  8. Click the top-left cell in the table to select the row and align to center as below.
       
  9. Select the table as below.
  10. Set table style as below.

  11. Make Effects to table as below.
  12. Click a blank area of the slide.
  13. Save the file and go to the page, Insert and Format WordArt.
